Your Mama is happy to offer returns and exchanges to our customers if the following guidelines are met:
- No returns or exchanges will be offered on products that have been used.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all its contents and not be tampered with in any way.
- Returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the order.
- If the item is not returned within 3 days, we are NOT able to accept your return or exchange.
- The item cannot be returned or exchanged after the holiday-related theme.
- Delivery of the returned items will be charged accordingly depending on the area.
- We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
- Your Mama does NOT offer refunds however you can get a store credit.
- If the product arrives damaged or the incorrect item was received, kindly email us or WhatsApp us immediately.
- You will be contacted via email / WhatsApp within 3 working days regarding your return request.
- Your Mama will NOT be liable for any lost items throughout the return process and therefore will not cover the cost of the return.
